Helping people to transform their mind and body to their next level is why I love training people, seeing and being apart of their life’s transformation is what drives my passion.
It’s the same with my coaching clients I take on. I get to help them “activate their warrior spirit within” as I like to call it, and see them transform their lives in all areas.
In life, time is so valuable and that is why it’s so important that people take action to be at their best as soon as possible.
Regret is one of the biggest emotions people have when they have wasted years doing the same old stuff and not being at their best and that is why I like to help people. I have so many clients lose so much body fat, get so ripped and transform their entire life. Talking to them after their transformation is like talking to a different person.
Imagine talking to someone before their transformation and they look weak, out of shape and have lost their warrior spirit, their unique spark that gives their life hope and meaning. You can see and hear when they’re talking to you that they deserve more than they’re settling for.
Now imagine meeting that same person a few months later and being absolutely stunned at how healthy, fit and strong they look. You can see it in their eyes and their skin and feel it in their presence after talking to them again. They’re just full of life and they’re glowing. They look so much better and so much healthier.
These are the transformations that I’m apart of every day and I feel so privileged. I believe everyone deserves a great life, great health and a body they can be proud of and happy with.
My name is Shea Webb and I’m the founder of Fresh Fitness Personal Training located in Australia. I’m also the Author of Fit Body Strong Mind and the creator of the How To Get Ripped Training Series.
For more than 11 years now I’ve been training people to achieve their best, it’s been an incredible journey that has led me to this point in time where I have created this website to help more great people like you. To provide a path to follow so you can get ripped and transform your body fast and naturally.

My passion is helping people get outstanding results using natural methods. The body is amazing and when your body is given the right training, nutrition and supplements that keep your health at its peak, your body will grow lean muscle, burn fat, get you more ripped than you would have thought possible and you’ll have greater health for your entire life.
Any type of training gets my enthusiasm pumping, I just love to train and help others be at their best.
Whether it be, Strength and Conditioning, Nutrition, Martial Arts, Surfing, Body Sculpting, Running or just doing Yoga and Meditating. I love it all.
My background into martial arts started at the age of 6 years old from my Dad who was a brown belt in Karate and would teach me techniques because I just loved it.
[That's me above as a young kid. I have loved training and martial arts for as long as I can remember].
After Dad taught me a few things, I wanted to spar and be around other kids and learn more, so Mum and Dad let me enrol at the local Tae Kwon Do Academy when I was 9 years old.
From there I earnt my black belt in Tae Kwon Do when I was 13, and got my 2nd Dan black belt when I was 15 years old.
Since then I’ve studying styles such as Muay Thai kickboxing and fought in the ring.
After that I learnt more styles and trained in Shoot Wrestling/Grappling, Boxing, Kung Fu and just recently in December 2013 I earnt my blue belt Brazilian Jui Jitsu.

I don’t compete now, I just enjoy martial arts the same way a free surfer likes to surf, for fun, self expression and the combative competition when it comes to sparring or grappling.
Since 2012 my wife got me into Yoga and it’s changed my life, we are both are fully accredited yoga teachers and run our own classes. I do more of my own style of yoga at the moment, which is a blend of Vinyasa flow, my martial arts stretching and Chi Kung. It really helps balance out all of my hard training and to clear my mind.

My main passion at the moment is just helping more and more people get ripped fast and naturally without all of the crap. People who are searching for answers and a proven plan to follow to get their life, health, body and mindset to their best. I have created this site, to help people all over the world.
